1. The trial
The Motion Show repurposes Fyle's existing creator footage and product assets into 10 platform-ready short-form videos a month, delivered two per week, plus two welcome bonus videos in the first month (12 in month one), so Fyle can see the quality and workflow before any longer commitment.

3. Fee & payment
- USD $1,000 per month (10 videos a month, plus 2 welcome bonuses in month one, a first-client rate, all in).
- Paid securely via PayPal, the full $1,000 each month, no deposit. Billed monthly with no lock-in.
- Work begins the day the first month's payment clears. Either side can decline to continue past any month, with no obligation.
4. Ownership & usage
- On payment for the month, Fyle owns the finished videos delivered and may use them across all marketing and paid channels, with no time limit.
- The Motion Show may show the work in its portfolio unless Fyle asks in writing to keep the trial private.
- Source footage and product assets remain Fyle's; editing project files remain The Motion Show's.
5. Rights, likeness & content
Fyle confirms it holds the rights and consents for all source material it provides, including the likeness and voice of any creator or person shown, the products and trademarks, and any music, and that The Motion Show may repurpose them for these deliverables. Fyle will indemnify The Motion Show for any claim arising from material provided without the proper rights. The work is AI-assisted; where a platform requires an AI-content label, Fyle applies it when posting.
6. The simple terms
- Delivered with real craft, but no specific performance result (views, sales, ROAS) is guaranteed.
- The Motion Show's total liability under this trial is capped at the fees paid.
- Either side can decline to continue past the trial, with no obligation.
- Information shared for the trial stays confidential. Governing law: Brazil (Salvador, Bahia), unless both sides agree otherwise in writing.
